Took short position in $KKD @ +17% – seeing a nice return thus far – Didn’t feel donuts warranted at 17% pop

$CNO – is over extended – news doesn’t seem to warrant a 30% pop

$UCBH – This is what I was waiting for. Hoping for 10%+ today

Timothy Sykes takes pride in his open, transparent investment style. Personally I like transparent investors – when they are small timers. When a transparent investor becomes popular and people start trading his/her trades – that is when you need to be very careful, especially if that “transparent investor” trades micro-cap stocks. Timothy Sykes’ decent size following allows him to capitalize on his subscribers / followers. Its simple. First, Timothy Sykes invests in a micro-cap stock. Second Timothy tells everyone what stock he has invested in. Third, Everyone invests in that same stock because Timothy has a good track record. A bunch of people buying into a micro-cap stock definitely pushes the stock price up (simple supply and demand concept). Forth, Timothy now sells his stock that his followers have driven up. (furthering his good, transparent track record) Firth. Timothy tells everyone he has sold the stock – Everyone follows suit and the stock tumbles just as fast as it was driven up (if not faster). Result = Timothy subscribers make him rich. Some of his subscribers will catch the uptrend and sell out to make good money – while others are on the downside losing money because they bought in too late and sold out to late. Sykes could double his profits by shorting the stock he just sold. (cuz its gonna crash.)

I love transparent investors that can’t capitalize on there followers (because they invest in mid and large cap stocks that are very liquid). So… proceed with caution when buying a micro-cap stock on someone else’s suggestion or alert.

Trading stopped today on Emergent Health – EMGE – 400% increase in under a week, then a 60% drop in a few days. This looks alot like a pump and dump pink sheet stock.
